COVID-19 Safety Precautions & Guidelines
Your health and well-being is our top priority, which is why we are following stringent social distancing and sanitization protocols at Springfield Annex. Below, we have listed highlights of those procedures so that you are aware of our efforts to maintain a safe environment.
- We ask that masks are worn by everyone when entering the building and while in any common areas, including the lobby and restrooms. Our facilitators will wear masks at all times, as will students participating in the facilitator program. Otherwise, it is at the discretion of families and educators to decide whether or not masks will be worn while in private rooms.
- Hand sanitizer is placed for your convenience throughout the building, including all private rooms and common areas. Please use frequently, especially when entering Springfield Annex and before/after touching door handles.
- Disinfecting wipes are also available for your use throughout the building. While rooms will be thoroughly sanitized after each use, feel free to wipe down surfaces as needed.
- Very limited seating is available in the lobby. Please maintain social distancing while in this area, and avoid congregating with others in large groups.
As previously mentioned, each private room will be thoroughly sanitized before and after every half day, full day, and evening use. There will be an employee or facilitator available to address any cleanliness issues, should one arise during your time with us.
